This past Saturday, we took Neurodome’s fundraising campaign for a brief spacewalk out of the web! Neurodome was selected as the charity of the evening at the NYC event, “The Gnat.” Similar to The Moth, an acclaimed not-for-profit organization in NYC dedicated to the art and craft of storytelling, The Gnat, hosted by Kenneth Albert Monahan, Namrata Tripathi, and Quinn Raymond features stories read (without notes) by both seasoned professionals (often novelists) as well as first-time storytellers.  Each event has its own theme, which storytellers are asked to somehow link their story to.  This event’s theme was “Hope Springs Eternal.” You’d be impressed/offended by how many ways this was spun. It was pretty awesome.
